This Privacy Policy explains how Lowpable (“Lowpable,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit lowpable.com or use our migration service.

Lowpable is operated by SoCoInfo ALHOUZ, based in Morocco. For any privacy question or request, contact us at jamal.boulhous_at_gmail.com.

1. The short version

We collect only what we need to give you a quote, deliver your migration, and keep the site running. We don’t sell your data. We treat the project files and code you send us as confidential. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us through the quote form

  • Your name and email address
  • A link to your project (Lovable / Bolt / v0 share link or repository URL)
  • A description of what your app does
  • Any other details you choose to include

Project materials you send us for a migration If you engage us, you will send project files — typically an exported app.zip, a repository link, source code, content, images, and design assets. We treat these as your confidential property. We access them only to perform your migration and never use them for any other purpose.

Information collected automatically

  • Standard server and access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
  • Analytics data about how the site is used
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7)

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your quote request and prepare a fixed quote
  • Communicate with you about your project
  • Perform and deliver your migration (theme, plugins, seed content)
  • Send service-related emails (confirmations, quotes, delivery)
  • Take payment via PayPal
  • Operate, secure, and improve the website

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Legal basis for processing

Where Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (and, where you are in the EU/EEA, the GDPR) applies, we process your information on the basis of:

  • Performance of a contract — to provide the quote and migration you request
  • Legitimate interests — to run, secure, and improve our service
  • Consent — for non-essential cookies and analytics, where required
  • Legal obligations — where we must retain records

5. Sharing and third-party processors

We don’t sell or rent your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:

  • Hosting provider — stores the website and submitted data
  • Email delivery (SMTP) provider — sends our transactional and quote emails
  • Analytics provider — measures site usage
  • Spam protection (e.g. Cloudflare Turnstile) — protects the quote form
  • PayPal — processes payments under PayPal’s own privacy policy
  • Professional advisors or authorities — only where legally required

Some of these providers may process data outside Morocco (including in the EU or United States). Where we transfer data internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a comparable standard.

6. Data retention

  • Quote requests that don’t become projects: kept for up to 12 months, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Project materials (your code and assets): kept only for the duration of your project and a short handover window, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion once delivery is accepted.
  • Records of completed work and payments: kept as long as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies needed to function, plus analytics to understand how visitors use the site. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these, email jamal.boulhous_at_gmail.com. We’ll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If you are in Morocco, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel). If you are in the EU/EEA, you may complain to your local supervisory authority.

9. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption in transit, restricted access to project files, and secure storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Lowpable is a business service not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
